Community Partners

We Don't Do This Work Alone.

Building a Network of Support

Supporting individuals impacted by violence, trauma, and mental health challenges often requires a community of organizations working together.

Project S.A.V.E works alongside healthcare providers, social service agencies, community organizations, businesses, schools, and other partners to connect individuals with resources beyond the services we provide directly.

Our community network may include partners supporting:

  • Healthcare & Behavioral Health

  • Housing & Basic Needs

  • Legal & Advocacy

  • Food Access

  • Employment & Workforce Development

  • Youth & Family Services

  • Wellness & Community Resources

Together, we help create stronger pathways to safety, healing, and connection.

How We Connect

Our partnerships are grounded in understanding the individual first. We assess needs, identify appropriate support, and connect individuals with trusted community organizations and specialized providers when additional resources are needed.

We don't simply provide a referral, we help create a pathway to the resources and support an individual needs to move forward.

Our Community Network

Project S.A.V.E is grateful to the organizations and community partners who help strengthen the network of support available to the individuals and communities we serve.

  • Pennsylvania Hospital

  • Planned Parenthood

  • Psych942

  • Feast of Justice

  • NAMI

Partner relationships and referral pathways may vary based on program, individual needs, and service availability.
